Padre de la Primera escuela de Petróelo en Venezuela, hizo incontables de investigaciones en el exterior y desarrollandose como profesional y no así creando tambien la Escuela de Petróleo en el Estado Zulia. los detalles de su biografía entan en el contenido.

Cabe destacar que tambien hay información que una ves fué tecnología y hoy en dia ya no se usan pero como les dije para principiantes en materia de hidrocarburos y allí desde luego hay conocimientos sólidos en materia petrolera.
